Zusammenfassung:	The method for therapeutic and technical diagnosis of the diseases comprises the comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of overall diagnostic features (symptoms) until 100% probability in diagnosing is achieved. All the diagnostic hypotheses are analyzed probabilistically until 100% probability is achieved according to the formula. Then the whole set of the features characteristic of each diagnostic hypothesis is taken into account including the proper features characteristic of the particular diagnostic hypothesis. The features that are not characteristic of diagnostic hypothesis but being represented in specific clinical case are also taken into account.
