Zusammenfassung:	The wind electric power station has horizontal and vertical shafts, platform-head, this is placed asymmetrically with respect to the vertical shaft, electric generator, with possibility of rotation to different sides, rotor, stator and two wind wheels attached to the rotor and the stator. The wind wheels are placed on the horizontal shaft, the stator is connected to the wind wheel of propeller type, and the rotor - to the wind wheel of the Darie type, the blades of this one are arranged with possibility of rotation. The blades are hinged to the con-rods connecting those to the shaft. On each blade a spring is attached, this is connected with the other end to the shaft and the con-rod.
