The device contains casings 1 and 2 placed one above the other, connected between them with cone shaped branch pipes 3 and 4. Below the branch pipe 4 the distribution dish 7 is mounted. In the branch pipe 4 with a the cone shaped bar 6 is installed with a possibility of moving. Casing 1 can be executed removable.
