Zusammenfassung:	A method for preparation of liquid sugar involves dissolution of cane raw sugar, purifying melt liquor thereof and condensation. Before dissolution the cane raw sugar affination is performed with a saturated solution of sucrose with a subsequent separation of affinated outflow, thereafter the affinated cane raw sugar is dissolved, the obtained clarification product is purified with defecosaturation residue, mixed, the clarification product is processed with lime milk and carbonic acid gas, then clarification product is filtered and condensed by dissolving the affinated cane raw sugar.
