Zusammenfassung: | The proposed weigher for axis-by-axis weighing of vehicles in motion contains a load-bearing unit, a unit for determining the motion direction of the vehicle, a processor with a memory unit, an analog-to-digital converter, three detectors for detecting the axes of the vehicle, two RS triggers, two OR logic elements, a NOR logic element with three inputs, two D triggers, and three pulse forming circuits. The load-bearing unit contains a platform that rests onto force strain-gage transducers. The outputs of the transducers are connected to the inputs of the processor via the analog-to-digital converter. The length of the platform is equal to a minimal distance between the axes of the vehicle. Two vehicle axis detectors are arranged at the ends of the platform, at a distance from each bother that provides the operation of the corresponding detectors when the wheels of the vehicle enter and leave the platform. The third detector is arranged at the center of the platform. The area of interaction of the vehicle wheels exceeds the distance between the end and central detectors. |
