Zusammenfassung: | Method for fabrication of prepared food on the base of fungi and spice and aromatic vegetables provides for mixing of prepared receipt components, processing in the microwave field, introducing grinded green leaves of parsley, parsnip and dill in NaCl solution with further grinding up to puree-like consistency. Non standard mushrooms (boletus, honey and butter mushrooms) are to be cooled with further cutting. Then the mixture with ground steams and roots of parsley, parsnip and dill is prepared, the grinded green leaves of spicy and aromatic vegetables are introduced into the paste like product after heat processing. |
