Zusammenfassung:	The proposed device for power supply of radio and electronic equipment contains a main stabilized direct voltage supply and an auxiliary stabilized direct voltage supply. The main stabilized direct voltage supply contains a voltage regulator with a control transistor, a matching transistor, a power transistor, a control unit, and a current-stabilizing unit that is designed as a two-port network circuit and contains a transistor, a stabistor, and two current-limiting resistors. The matching transistor and the power transistor have opposite conductivity types. The collector of the control transistor is connected to the primary power supply terminal via the base-emitter junctions of the matching transistor and the power transistor, the emitter is connected to the collector of the matching transistors directly and to the collector of the power transistor and the load terminal via a diode, and the base is connected to the output of the control unit. The auxiliary stabilized direct voltage supply contains several voltage regulators.
