Zusammenfassung:	The method for the differential treatment of the acute myocardial infarction with beta-adrenoblockers consists in prior clinical and instrumental examination with the measurement of the heart rate and the arterial pressure and the assessment of the clinical features characteristic of the cardiac insufficiency according to Killip grading. Then, based on the results of examination, beta-adrenoblocker is included into the complex standard therapy scheme starting from the first day. The particular beta-adrenoblocker is selected according to the objective indications providing for the differentiated individual treatment.
