Zusammenfassung:Invention relates to the devices for grinding brittle, semi-brittle thermoplastic materials, predominantly rubber, polyethylene, fluoroplastic materials, and it can be used in chemical and other branches of industry. Crusher for brittle, semi-brittle and thermoplastic materials contains stator-rotorunit, which has perforated cylinders, moreover the generatrix of cutting units of adjacent cylinders of stator-rotor unit are parallel, cutting planes of the cylinders of rotor have an angle of inclination of 0-15 DEGREE in the direction opposite to the direction of rotor rotation, the jacket of rotor and the cylinder of stator preceding it are perforated with cylindrical openings, this cylinder of rotor also has shaped vortex formation blades, and the cylinder of stator has internal shaped surface, in this case the area of perforation increases. The discharge of finished product is made through classifying grids located in the windows of the unshaped part of the jacket of stator, on the bottom of the chamber of grinding and in the stator at the level of the jacket of rotor. Invention ensures the increase of effectiveness of the grinding process and obtaining the particles of finished fraction with maximum linear size less than 100 þm.
