Zusammenfassung:	A louver apparatus of the cold chamber of a diesel locomotive containing a housing, to which are attached two groups of folds with protrusions and seals, which with the help of the nut moving along the screw, or pneumatic cylinders are shifted in parallel with the plane of the closable opening on the guide pulleys. According to the invention, the louver folds are executed in the form of lobes, to the inner sides of each fold a flat stretching spring is rigidly attached with one end, another end of which is rigidly connected with the fan fairing, which together with inter-fold chutes represents the supports of the folds, said chutes are made of aluminium and fixed in the reinforced rubber seals.
