Zusammenfassung:The method for the surgical treatment of the patients with the gastric and duodenal ulcer provides for dissecting the ulcer, performing vagotomy, pyloroplasty, and periarterial neurectomy by removing the intramural nerves of the blood vessels. For preventing the angiospasm and facilitating the hydropreparation, 1 ml of 1 % Novocain solution is injected under the adventicia of the vessel being treated. Then the artery is separated and put onto two hooks. The nerve-containing envelope layer is cutlongitudinally and dissected with the scissors for the microvascular surgery within 2.5 cm of the middle area containing the paravasal nerves.
