Zusammenfassung:The method for predicting the postoperative development of the thrombosis of the deep veins in the lower limbs is based on the assessment and accounting of the following parameters: the varicose of the veins, the excessive body weight, the actual ageminus 50, hematocrit, fibrinogen A and fibrinogen B, recalcification time, the complement, the constant of the circulating immune complexes, and ethanol assay. The probability of the postoperative development of the thrombosis of the deep veins in the lower limbs is assessed according to the formula. The probability is regarded as low, when the value obtained is less than 1, moderate - when the value is within 1-5 range, high - when the value is within 5-10 range, and very high - when the value obtained exceeds 10.
