Zusammenfassung:A device for discharge and/or formation of rarefaction or vacuum of substance that is in liquid/gaseous/high-disperse, solid or multi-phase state has a body with executive device placed in it, suction branch pipe, discharge branch pipe, rotary drive of the executive device, one, two or more blocks with receiving devices, adapter branch pipes for discharge and rarefaction/evacuation, discharge collector, collector of rarefaction/evacuation, power base and device for control of position of the blocks with receiving devices. At that the executive device is arranged as a movable device of the type of a solid of revolution, receiving devices of each of the blocks are arranged as slots placed in parallel to each other with respect to the plane of the movable surface of rotation of the executive device, receiving devices of each block are placed at one of the surfaces of the block and are connected to respective channel that in its turn is connected to a respective adapter branch pipe. Respective adapter discharge pipe of each block is connected to the discharge collector. Respective adapter branch pipe for rarefaction/evacuation is connected to the collector of rarefaction/evacuation. The discharge collector is connected to the discharge branch pipe. Rarefaction/evacuation collector is connected to suction branch pipe. The blocks are fixed to the power base with surface that is opposite to the surface on which the slots are provided. The power base is fixed to the inner walls of the body, and in the body windows/openings are provided for passage of working medium to the blocks and the executive device. At that the surface/plane of the block with receiving devices that is turned to the surface of the executive device is made flat or curvilinear with positive radius that is not smaller than the radius of the body of the executive device, and with negative radius of curvature. The receiving devices are divided with a partition that is zone of equal pressures. Each of the blocks is placed with respect to the executive device in such a way that the receiving devices are at different sides of the minimal gap/contact between the block and the executive device. Each of the blocks is installed with respect to the surface of the executive device with gap or with touch, or contact under compression load in area of the link.
