Zusammenfassung:	The proposed photometer contains a two-section cuvette to be filled with liquid, a measuring unit, a recorder, and additionally, a scaling amplifier, a unit for extending measurement range and an actuator. The unit for extending measurement range contains a photodetector and a unit for measuring a time interval within which liquid is in the cuvette. The said unit contains a time interval forming circuit, a control unit, an RC-circuit, and two switches. The scaling amplifier is connected between the output of the measuring unit and the input of the recorder.
