Zusammenfassung:	A blow device for processing jets of thermoplasticmaterial melt contains chamber with slit nozzle, cover, removable headwall, removable base, branches for supply of energy carrier, surface-active substance solution and modifier with pipes getting out to the edge surface of the base near slit nozzle and passages in the lower part of the chamber made as Laval type nozzle. The lower part of the chamber is made in the form of an autonomous unit of modification or activation, hingedly fixed to the blow device chamber with holder of angular disposition in the vertical plane. Removable cone deflectors with perforated lateral cylindrical surface are fixed to the end surfaces of pipe-bleeds getting out to the passages. Pipes for delivery of surface-active substance solution are made in the form of nozzles with opening spraying cone in the horizontal plane.
