MECHANIZED SUPPORT FOR PRODUCTION FACES

The mechanized support for production faces includes combined in pairs into sets the driving and the driven sections, on the basis of each there are fixed hydro-stands; ceiling, the lower and the upper protection shields, those are attached to the base and the ceiling; at that between the bases of each pair of support sections set there is placed a guide unit with a slide; hydro-jack for the conveyor displacement is placed between the side walls of the bases of the sections of neighboring support sets. To simplify the structure of the mechanized support the guide unit is arranged as a ring rigidly fixed to the side wall of the driven section of support set, inside it there is placed in free way the housing of the hydro-jack for the sections displacement, the slider is in contact with the side surface of the lower protective shield, and is arranged as a semi-ring, this is hinged to the side wall of the base of the driving section of the support set with possibility of interaction with the housing of hydro-jack of displacement of the sections. The hydro-jack of the conveyor is hinged to the opposite side wall of the base of the driving section of the support set, it is placed in a yoke rigidly fixed to the side wall of the base of the driving section.
