Zusammenfassung:	A method for electrolytic preparing titanium involves passing electric current through the hollow steel cathode being partially immersed into the melt of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals haloids, supplying titanium tetrachloride to the hollow cathode and isolation of titanium on cathode. Titanium tetrachloride is supplied in pulses, and deep into cathode on the electrolyte melt mirror, at that the pressure of titanium tetrachloride inside the cathode becomes balanced with the pressure of electrolyte column which penetrates in the lower part of cathode.
