Zusammenfassung:A reactant-sorbent for the purification of sugar-beet production juices and syrups contains sodium carbonate, calcium oxide and disperse carbon. A method for preparing the reactant-sorbent for the purification of sugar-beet production juices, in which method the sugar-beet production filtration residue being dried at the temperature of 100-200 DEGREE c, reduced, burnt out without access of oxygen at the temperature of 850-900 DEGREE c, and the obtained reactant-sorbent being cooled to the ambient temperature.
