The power punch is manufactured of electro-conductive material, it is equipped with supporting area, thrust bushing of material, in which there is no electrical conductivity, auxiliary elastic element and through groove at the end, thereat the thrust bushing is fixed on the power punch by stopping semi-ring with a pin.
