Zusammenfassung:	A belt-shoe brake with two friction surfaces and a cooling system has a brake pulley with ?-like bosses on the working surface, a brake belt, friction onlays, a cooling system and a drive. On the working surface of the brake belt there are provided perforated sites, to those friction onlays are installed, with possibility of reversed displacement. In the middle part, in thickness of the onlays, there are arranged springy convex plates, with the ends of those arranged as separators with balls. The balls of the separators at one side rest on circular ?-like bosses of the pulley, and at the other those are pressed by circular plates attached to the ends of the rims of the pulley. The brake pulley has a system of ventilation openings, this is arranged as two horizontal through confusers.
