Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for detecting generation of molecules with medium molecular weight and predicting the process of endogenic intoxication by using the detection data consists in precipitating high-molecular blood serum proteins by trichloroacetic acid solution, providing the centrifugation and carrying out the spectrophotometric analysis of the supernatate at optical radiation wavelengths of 254 nm and 280 nm. Before the participation, the blood serum is mixed with acetate buffer solution, with the component content ratio of 1:1, and the mix is divided into a test portion and a reference portion. The test portion is hold in a thermostat at a temperature of 37 C for 1 hour. In both the mix portions, the content of medium-weight molecules is determined. If the content of these molecules in the test portion exceeds that in the reference portion, the process of endogenic intoxication induced by autolytic processes is predicted. |
