Zusammenfassung:The technique for sealing the choledoch sutures provides for cholecystectomy, choledochotomy, and sewing the wound of choledoch. When the major steps of the surgery are fulfilled, the flap is cut from the falciform ligament of liver. The flap extendsthe line of choledoch sutures by 3 mm. The flap is smoothed, and the drops of p-2-butylanacrylate adhesive are applied onto the flap spacing 2-3 mm one drop from another. In 4-5 seconds the smoothed flap with the adhesive is applied onto the line of choledoch sutures.
