Zusammenfassung:	Invention relates to the rotor-pulse apparatuses for heterogeneous processes. Rotor-pulse apparatus contains a cylindrical housing with branch pipes for introduction and removal of components, in which rotor and stator are located, which are executed in the form of perforated coaxially located cylinders, a drive. In the perforated cylinder of rotor rectangular windows are executed, in which metallic plates are mounted with displaced center of gravity, mounted with possibility of radial displacement at rotation of rotor in the direction of the surface of stator and cyclic variation of geometric dimensions of inter-cylinder space. Invention ensures improvement of the quality of dispersion with reduction of power consumption.
