Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to chemical technology, in particular to compositions being used for making roofing roll glass-fiber material. A composition for glass and fibrous materials based on aqueous emulsion of copolymer contains in addition polyvinylacetate dispersion or aqueous emulsion of butadiene copolymer, aluminium powder, kaolin or bentonite, carbamide formaldehyde resin, as aqueous emulsion of copolymer used is latex of copolymer of vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride with maleic acid or latex of copolymer of butadiene, styrene and methacrylic acid. The invention provides increase in frost-resistance, atmosphere-resistance, chemical stability and mechanical stability of roofing layer of material.
