Zusammenfassung:The device for the surgical treatment of the backbone deformities contains the transpedicular screws and the supporting hooks made as a whole piece with their rectangular casings designed with the mutually perpendicular transverse and longitudinal grooves. The transverse groove is equipped with the movable clamp. In addition, the device contains two correcting rods placed in the longitudinal grooves of the casings embracing the screws and the hooks. The rods are spaced one from another and fixed with the aid of the clamps. Each clamp has the transverse ledge at its foot mounted within the trough groove made on the end-face of the casing perpendicular to the axis of clamp movement. The width of the groove should not be inferior to the width of the ledge while the length of the latter equals the length of the casing.
