Zusammenfassung: | The proposed device for monitoring air moisture contains a power-supply unit, a detecting circuit, an indicator, and moisture transducers, the number of which is equal to that of monitoring points. Each of the moisture transducers contains two hygristors, two complementary field-effect transistors with different conduction types, and a lambda diode. Across the gate and source of each transistor, an adjusting resistor is connected. The anode of the lambda diode is connected to the first terminal of the transducer and the drain of the n-type transistor. The cathode of the lambda diode is connected to the second terminal of the transducer and the drain of the p-type transistor. The detecting circuit contains a capacitor and a transformer. The primary winding of the transformer and the capacitor form a parallel resonance oscillating circuit. The indicator is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer. Each of the hygristors is connected across the gate of the corresponding transistor and the drain of the other transistor. |
