Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for controlling a synchronous motor consists in connecting the motor across the supply mains, applying, to the motor excitation winding, voltage containing a continuous component and an alternating component of 50 Hz with the controlled amplitude and phase relative to the amplitude and phase of the mains voltage, setting the specified amplitude of the alternating component of the motor excitation voltage, varying the phase of the said alternating component while monitoring the amplitude of the vibrations of the motor rotor, and varying the amplitude of the alternating component of the excitation voltage until the minimal amplitude of the vibration is achieved. The procedure described above is repeated at a time interval determined depending on the conditions of the motor operation. The proposed device for the realization of the method contains an exciter and, additionally, an alternating voltage source with the controlled voltage amplitude and phase, a unit for determining the priority of controlled parameters, a processor for calculating the minimal amplitude of the vibrations of the motor rotor, motor current transducers, and voltage transducers for measuring the instantaneous values of the mains voltage and the output voltage of the additional alternating voltage source. |
