Zusammenfassung:	A device for shutdown of the defect section of operating pipeline has two collected split parts with tightening elements û circular elastic shells. The split parts are arranged as two placed one in another covering units, the circular elastic shells of those are connected with possibility of interaction with the working agent balloons under pressure. The inner unit is fixed in the outer one by means of spring-supported cylindrical supports installed to pipes arranged as cross elements, the plug of the outer unit is attached to the cable that is winded on a cylinder attached to the partition installed in the housing of the inner unit, with fixation of cylindrical supports interacting with springy-curved plate with boss and holding the beams to which by means of a spring there is pressed a slider closing the elastic shells of the inner unit.
