Zusammenfassung:The method for treating the cyst of the head of pancreas in the patients with the chronic pancreatitis comprises laparotomy, identification of the cyst and the dilated main pancreatic duct, the dissection of the walls of cyst, and the evacuation of the content. The longitudinal pancreatocystojejunostomy is applied following the dissection of the fibrous walls of the cyst together with the altered regions of the main pancreatic duct perpendicularly to the end-parts of the lobular pancreatic ducts.
