The switching element is made in the form of eccentric bushing, eccentricity of which is taken equal to the crank radius, placed on the crankpin of main shaft and fixed from turning for performance of the working stroke of actuating mechanism or released and turned inside the connecting rod together with the main shaft in the direction of its continuous rotation with fixed actuating mechanism of machine.
