Zusammenfassung: | The proposed inertial safety mechanism for a high-speed drive contains an inertial disk, which is free installed at the drive shaft and contains cams, which are installed at pins provided in the projections of the disk. Each cam has a surface that isparallel to the diametric plane of the disk and a surface that is arranged at an angle to the said plane. The cams are engaged with the pins of a coupling mechanism, which is rigidly fixed to the drive shaft. Additionally, at the drive shaft, a sleeve is installed with a flange, which limits the line movement of the disk, and a stop washer. Between the sleeve flange and the stop washer, a cylindrical compression spring is arranged. The sleeve position is fixed by a lock nut. |
