Zusammenfassung:	A method for producing Lactobacillus bulgaricus lactate bacteria biomass by cultivation on the nutrient medium containing sources of nitrogen, carbon, phosphorus, mineral salts and vitamins, in anaerobic conditions with subsequent separation of the obtained biomass. Lactobacillus delbrueckii sp. bulgaricus 9702 strain is used as producer, this is deposited in the collection of the Depositary of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of NAS of Ukraine (registration No IMB B-7085). Cultivation is carried out on a balanced nutrient medium of the following composition, % by weight: Monosubstituted 0.18-potassium phosphate, 0.22 Magnesium sulfate 7- 0.01-aqueous 0.03 Manganese sulfate 5- 0.005-aqueous 0.007 Granulated sugar 0.5-1.5 Fermentolysate of 1.8-2.2 casein Fermentolysate of 0.8-1.2 soyabean flour Yeast extract 1.8-2.4 Corn steep 0.3-0.6.
