Zusammenfassung: | The proposed method for detecting oil and gas deposits by chemical analysis of geological samples consists in selecting the samples of rocks in undersurface deposits, providing degassing of the samples by thermal treatment in vacuum, determining the concentration and the epygeneticity degree of each of the hydrocarbon gases in the gas-air mix that is released in the process of treating the samples, and additionally, determining the concentrations of carbonic gas and organic carbon in the samples, determining the epygeneticity degree of carbonic gas, methane, and each of methane homological derivatives with consideration for the epygeneticity degree, correcting the concentrations of the said gases with consideration for the epygeneticity degree, determining the parameters that characterize intensity of gas emission, determining the presence of hydrocarbon and hydroacid gas anomalies, analyzing morphological structures of the said anomalies, calculating the correlation coefficients that characterize the bonds between the anomalies and between the anomalies and the depth structures, using the analysis data for estimating the expediency of the subsequent exploration of local oil-bearing and gas-bearing structures, classifying the saidstructures as oil-bearing, gas-bearing, and nonperspective structures. |
