Zusammenfassung:The method for cholecystoduodenostomy comprises the upper medial laparotomy and the incision of the jejunum, then cholecystoenteroanastomosis and V-shaped entero-enteroanastomosis are applied between the efferent and afferent loops of the jejunum. The isoperistaltic intestinal insert is generated between the bottom of the gall bladder and the retrobulbar division of the pancreas. The valve enteroduodenoanastomosis is also applied. As a result, the bile enters directly to the duodenum.
