Zusammenfassung:The proposed method for testing an asynchronous three-phase cage motor consists in connecting the motor to a controlled voltage converter, varying the motor stator voltage from 0 to 0.1UN, where UN is the motor rated voltage, measuring the effective values of the motor phase currents and voltages, determining the parameters of the motor equivalent circuit (x1, x2, x, R2, r) at a slip (s) of 1.0 and voltage of 0.8UN to 1.2UN, measuring the instantaneous values and determining the harmonic content of the motor phase voltages and currents, forming the power balance equations, and determining the permitted load of the motor from the said equations. The proposed device for the realization of the method contains a controlled thyristor voltage converter, phase current and voltage transducers, a rotation frequency transducer, an interface unit, aprocessor with a display, and additionally, an electromechanical voltage regulator and transducers for monitoring the motor performance parameters.
