Zusammenfassung:A method of on-condition repair and modernization of an aircraft engine includes its acceptance and dismantling, flaw detection and cleaning by fluid under pressure of assemblies, units and parts, theassembly of aircraft with mounting of modernized units and parts, and conducting of acceptance tests. The operating engine and assemblies are diagnosed on the test bench with measurement of frequency characteristics on second and third tones. Inspection of compressor blade and engine turbine, which have internal cavities, is carried out by flaw detection by acoustic emission. Magnetic flaw detection of damages of the engine parts is conducted on three identical parts mounted consecutively.
