Zusammenfassung:The proposed method for experimentally estimating the process of the disorders in the functioning of the internal organs of an experimental animal at hypertension consists in analyzing biological samples of the organ tissues, estimating the referenceparameter that characterizes the content of nitrogen oxide in the tissues of the internal organs of experimental rats, and determining, from the change of the said parameter, the presence of the disorders in functioning of the animal kidneys at hypertension that are induced by psychologic stress. As the biological samples, homogenates of lungs, heart, and kidneys tissues are used. As an additional reference parameter, the content of Sheef bases in lipides and phospholipides is used. The increase of both the said reference parameters when analyzing the biological samples of heart tissues indicates the presence of local pathogenic changes in the heart induced by psychologic stress. The increase of the content of nitrogen oxide and Sheef bases in the kidney neutral lipides indicates the presence of local pathogenic changes in the kidneys induced by the combined effect of psychologic stress and toxic stress. The increase of the content of Sheef bases only in the lung phospholipides indicates the presence of local pathogenic changes in the lungs induced by toxic stress.
