Zusammenfassung:	A method of isolating stem and cells-precursors of haemopoiesis of the human umbilical blood includes a procedure of removal of erythrocytes from the composition of a sample by means of free sedimentation of erythrocytes in a gradient of a colloid solution, which contains modified liquid gelatine. The isolation is carried out in a closed system using a two-step system of sampling of the peripheral blood of a cow. As the modified liquid gelatine, the plasma-substituting solution Gelofuzin is used, and the sedimentation of the erythrocyte is carried out at a temperature of 20-22 DEGREE C in the course of 45-60 minutes.
