Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the oil- refining and petrochemical industry, particularly to reprocessing gas condensate and oil in high-octane motor fuels. The method consists in that into the original hydrocarbon raw stock (light oil fraction or gas condensate) wastes of alcohol production having high-octane components are introduced, and by distillation without preliminary mixing and heating a high-octane liquid motor fuel ready for use with an octane number of 76-85 units is prepared by a motor method which meets GOST 2084-77. A process for distillation and selection of target and by-products isperformed in a particular time and temperature modes of boil-off contributing to a greater output of high-octane gasoline, the range of high-octane gasoline being widened due to a direct quantitative contribution of a high-octane alcohol component û ether-aldehyde fraction (antiknock component of 105 units) which content is at least 92 % of volume. The technical result is the increase in a resource base of hydrocarbons which are supplied to the reprocessing with use of production alcohol wastes, which increases the production of high-octane gasolines. |
