Zusammenfassung:	The electromagnetic wave absorber relates to electric engineering, in particular, to radio-technical soft armors for shields and people clothes creation. The absorber is implemented as a combined fabric made of carbon and dielectric components with, at least, one being performed of textured fiber and/or fibers having, at least, one textured fiber. The technical result is reduction of the reflection coefficient, in particular, in the range of 100 MHz to 30 GHz.
