Zusammenfassung:	The bivalent vaccine against Mareck's disease contains the mixture of cells infected with strains of serotype 3 of herpes virus of turkeys and serotype 2 of herpes virus of chickens. The vaccine also comprises the bovine blood serum and dimethylsulfoxide. The method for preparation of the vaccine consists in separate infection of cells with two strains indicated above. As serotype 3 of herpes virus of turkeys FC-126 strain (herpes virus of turkeys, Herpesviridae family, Herpesvirus genus) is used.
