Zusammenfassung:The proposed method of immunoferment analysis for determining the content of the antibodies to the cattle diarrhea virus consists in depositing antigen on a solid carrier, providing the incubation of the antigen with the analyzed blood serum, adding antispecifical immunoperoxydase conjugate and substrate, and then analyzing the product of the fermentation reaction. As the antigen, the cultivated virus of cattle diarrhea is used, which is purified by centrifugation.
