Zusammenfassung:The method for detecting the parameters of the systolic function of the left ventricle provides for dopplerocarfiography. The stroke fraction of the left ventricle is estimated. If this value is below 59% the improvement of the parameters of the systolic function are predicted. When this value exceeds 59% the time of isovolumic relaxation is assessed. When this time is inferior to 0.1 s the worsening of the parameters of the systolic function of the left ventricle is predicted in the setting of the prolonged nitrate therapy.
