Zusammenfassung:The proposed photorelay contains a power-supply unit, an actuator, a detector, an amplifying bipolar transistor, and a photocell. The detector contains two complementary MOS transistors. The sources of the MOS transistors are connected to each other. Between the gate and the drain of the n-channel MOS transistor, a variable resistor is connected. The gate and the drain of the p-channel MOS transistor are connected to the drain of the other transistor via resistors. The photocell is connected between the gate of the n-channel MOS transistor and the drain of the p-channel MOS transistor. The base of the bipolar transistor is connected to the negative terminal of the power-supply unit, and the collector is connected to the input terminal of the actuator.
