| Zusammenfassung: | A mechanical streamlined press contains a frame, a crankshaft mounted in bearing supports of the frame and connected with electric motor with the help of a fly-wheel and flexible link, eccentric bushing mounted on pin of crankshaft and enclosed by large crosshead, and in its body in radial direction is made a hole in which is located adjustment screw, spring and holder opposite which in outer cylindrical surface of crankshaft pin is made a conic groove, slider located in vertical guides of frame and connected with connecting-rod, slider balancer, and also means for switching on press in the form of a mobile support connected by rod with drive. Mobile support is located in radial direction with possibility of displacement into the groove which is made on outer cylindrical surface of eccentric bushing which has eccentricity that equals to crankshaft radius. |
