Zusammenfassung:	Device for photocopying spark treatment contains power supply connected to work piece and tool electrode connected with vibrator, motors of transversal and longitudinal feed of vibrator with control units, radiation source. Photosensor is made in the form of Schmitt trigger whose output is connected to input of T-trigger and single-shot flip-flop and their outputs are connected with control units by vibrator feed. A microcontroller is introduced that processes signals coming from photosensor, and records them into its memory to retain contour of work piece.
