The change of the cross-section area of the of the acceleration part of the scroll of the blade-less guiding apparatus is performed due to curvilinear-translational motion of the profiled element by or against the gas flow entering the scroll, at that the geometrical shape, arrangement and the value of the cross-section area of the acceleration part of the scroll of the blade-less guiding apparatus is determined through curvilinear-translation motion of the profiled element.
