Zusammenfassung:	A windmill comprises a support, a shaft installed in a horizontal position, this is installed on bearings fixed on a support and having possibility to rotate round its long axis and to turn round the support, blades, those are symmetrically placed on the shaft, and mechanism of automated stabilization of frequency of rotation. Each blade comprises of two beams, one of those is rigidly fixed on the shaft, and the other one û on a spring-supported bushing placed on the shaft, with possibility to rotate round it by a certain angle, and flexible jacket stretched between the beams by means of a system of springs, and the mechanism of automated stabilization of frequency of rotation of the windmill comprises of a spring-supported bushing with a shaped slot in which there moves a pin rigidly fixed on the shaft.
