The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the production of the drugs and may be used in chemical-and-pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing the tablets of the cardiovascular drug containing Nitroglycerin. The method comprises mixing the active substance with the excipient followed by the wet granulation of the mixture. The wet granulate is dried, coated by the powder, caked, and subjected to the dry granulation. Finally, the tablets are compressed. According to the invention, the diluted Nitroglycerin is mixed with the peppermint oil. The mixture is then mixed in two stages with the prepared excipient representing the mixture of lactose and starch. Prior to the wet granulation, the mix is moistened with the starch paste.
