METHOD TO MAKE INSULANTS OF ASSOCIATIVE DIAZOTROPHS

Method to make insulants of associative diazotrophs includes separation of diazotrophic microorganisms, with determination of activity of nitrogen fixation of those, with determining associative interaction of those with the species of agricultural plants chosen, in which the acrospires of the test plant are placed on plates of silicate gel and inoculated with segments of roots of the plants from high-productive phytocenoses, with provision of ability to form own root system; after that for the second and the third passages one chooses in similar way segments of roots from the germs obtained, with inoculation of new germs of the plant species chosen with those; at that in parallel there are placed on the plates of silicon gel not inoculated germs of the plant under investigation; the gel plates are dried with the plants, one determines nitrogen content in the samples and through difference in nitrogen accumulation for the inoculated andnot inoculated germs one determines the high-active insulants of the diazotrophs with high level of affinity with the root secretion of the plant species chosen.
